I ordered online thinking it’d be quick. Just grab and go, you know? Got there and still ended up waiting almost 25 minutes. The staff was friendly, so it wasn’t like anyone was being rude or anything. But it felt like nobody really knew which orders were ready or who they belonged to. Kind of awkward standing there watching people check bags and ask around. The pastries turned out good, honestly. But by then I was already annoyed. Not sure I’d bother using the website again for pickup

From what I remember the last few times I’ve checked or gone in, the things I actually wanted were sold out. It’s annoying because the menu will still show a bunch of items as available, but then they aren’t when you try to order

The overall design just looked a bit off to me. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it definitely stood out and made the experience feel less polished than I expected. it seems like something preventable with a little more attention to detail

I did a pickup order from Paris Baguette, and for the most part it went how I expected. The food was ready around the time they gave me, so I’m assuming they had the order made on schedule and the issue was more with the handoff.

The pastries were good and everything was packed nicely, so no complaints there. I’d probably order again, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t choose pickup here if I was in a hurry...

I was actually really happy with the portion sizes at Paris Baguette. I kind of regret assuming the pastries would be too small just because they don’t always look huge in the case, because they’re surprisingly filling. The cake slices were bigger than I expected too. Last time I got a sandwich and a pastry and couldn’t even finish everything. It felt worth the price, especially compared to some other bakery spots where you spend a lot and still leave hungry. I’ll definitely order again

I tried the coffee and it was okay. It wasn’t bad by any means, but based on the taste and overall experience, it didn’t really stand out to me either. I’d drink it again if it was convenient, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it

I grabbed a few pastries from Paris Baguette they were so good. The croissant was buttery, soft, and not dry at all, which I really appreciated. The cream pastry was sweet but not too much, just the right amount. Everything tasted super fresh, like it had been made that morning. It was such a simple treat, but it genuinely made me happy.

I had an issue with my order and needed a refund. To be fair, customer service did get back to me and they did fix it eventually, so... okay, that part was fine in the end. But it took more messages back and forth than I really expected, and it got a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I hoped. I still like the food, but the support side could definitely be smoother

I got the bread and was disappointed. It just seemed dry, like it had been sitting around for a while or something. The crust was harder than I expected, and the inside didn’t really have that soft, fresh feel. Maybe I caught it on a bad day, but for the price I was expecting better. Not sure I’d order it again

The cafe is really cute and clean, which I liked right away 🙂 But it does get loud and crowded quickly. I probably wouldn’t come here to sit for a long time or get work done, but it’s totally fine for grabbing a quick coffee or snack

I was trying to ask about an issue with my online order and just kept getting bounced around. It felt like nobody really knew what was going on, and most of the replies seemed copy-pasted. I waited about a few days for what should’ve been a simple answer, and it still never got sorted out. I usually love the food, but dealing with their customer service was really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from the site again.

I stopped in and the Floors and tables were really dirty. It just didn’t feel very clean or taken care of, which made the whole visit kind of disappointing.

The bag also felt a bit flimsy, like it was barely hanging on, though thankfully nothing was completely ruined. Overall it was fine, but I do wish they used stronger packaging for delivery orders, especially for pastries.

I tried placing an order twice, and both times it froze right after I entered my payment info. The little loading wheel just sat there spinning, but there was no error message or anything telling me what went wrong. I even waited a few minutes and double-checked that all the card details were filled in correctly. Same result both times. Eventually I just gave up because it felt like I was wasting my time...
